Neck Tightness

Targeting Neck Tightness:

  • Use the softest head attachment for neck treatments. Our experts recommend the round head.
  • Use your athlefix massage gun in quick 10 second intervals in a chosen motion along the trapezius muscles. First target the muscle fibres moving down towards your shoulder. Then treat back and forth across your muscle fibres, then finally follow up the muscle fibres from one end to the other.
  • Repeat on both sides.
  • Enjoy it! Your neck can hold a lot of tension, which is linked to headaches and fatigue, so take a deep breath and try your best to relax as you go.
